I pretty much figured that this would be the result I'd get. After all, I'm a white guy from California whose parents are transplanted midwesterners.

I came up with Midland too. but I would tend to disagree with Dallas having anything to do with it. I've actually picked up a nice twang here. well, nice isn't exactly the word for it, but i notice it.
